Annapurana/ Ganga Kaveri Rice

Annapurna Rice from Sri R K Rice is known for its superior texture, natural aroma, and consistent grain quality. At Sri R K Rice, we using advanced gel-based parboiling technology, every grain undergoes precise cooking to achieve a high Degree of Starch Gelatinization (DSG). This unique process ensures uniformity in colour, taste, and texture. As DSG increases, the grains develop a richer appearance and a naturally enhanced flavour.

The journey begins with careful harvesting at peak maturity, followed by thorough cleaning and soaking. The paddy is then steamed to reach nearly 40% gelatinization, giving the rice its premium quality. After steaming, it is dried in controlled conditions, milled gently to preserve nutrition, and finally packed in hygienic, airtight bags to maintain freshness.
